I had the wrong part show up from an online order, i was irritated at first, I feel like anyone would be, right? I called my local O’Reilly and they looked into it, then told me to just bring it in. They ended up swapping it for the correct part the same day and didn’t make it awkward or act like it was some huge issue. I did have to wait a bit, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but they handled it well. I’d use them again.

I ordered a part and it did show up, so I can’t say it didn’t arrive or anything. It just got here later than the date they originally gave me, and the tracking wasn’t exactly not slow either. Not a terrible experience, but I do wish the delivery timing was a bit more dependable.

I ordered a battery on oreillyauto, and the website was easy to use. I got the confirmation email quickly saying it was ready for pickup, so I figured I’d be in and out. When I got to the store though, they couldn’t find the order right away, and I ended up standing there for about 20 minutes feeling kind of embarrassed and awkward, like I was holding everyone up. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected

I called O’Reilly Auto Parts with a question about my order . The guy I spoke with was nice and did help me out , but it took a bit longer than I expected to get a clear answer . I sat on hold for a while and had to repeat the same info twice , which was kind of annoying . Still , he was polite and the issue was sorted out in the end . Not a terrible experience , just average phone support .

It’s not terrible, but yeah, it could definitely be better. Some parts work fine, but overall it feels a bit rough around the edges, like it wasn’t fully thought through or finished properly. I expected a smoother experience, honestly.

I grabbed some brake pads and a battery from O’Reilly a little while back, and they’ve been fine. The pads fit right, the battery worked like it was supposed to, and I haven’t noticed anything weird since putting them in. For what I needed at the time, it worked out well...

"Helpful for a Quick First Check"
I stopped by O’Reilly after my check engine light came on and used their free diagnostic scan. The guy helping me was nice and got the code quick, which I really appreciated. It gave me a general idea of what might be going on, but not really the actual problem. I still had to take it to a mechanic to know for sure, so it only helped a little. It’s good if you just want a starting point, but don’t expect a full answer. 3 stars feels fair.

I checked oreillyauto before heading over because I really don’t have the patience to drive around for no reason. It said the battery I needed was in stock, and when I got to the store, it was actually there just like the site said. Sounds basic, but plenty of places get that wrong. Saved me a wasted trip, so it’s 5 stars from me.

I ordered brake pads using the fitment tool and they ended up matching my car just fine. it was nice not having to guess or deal with returns or any of that hassle. The site said they’d fit, and they did... so that part was solid. I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but overall it worked out...

"Pretty Quick Delivery, One Small Mix-Up"
My order showed up faster than I expected, which was nice because I was just checking the tracking while eating cereal. Most of the stuff was exactly what I picked and looked totally fine, but one item came in the wrong size. Not the end of the world, just a little annoying because now I have to deal with exchanging it. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

They did help me out in the end, though I was a bit confused about the timing of everything. At first I thought things were moving one way, then later it seemed like maybe something had changed, so I’m not totally sure when each step actually happened. They were friendly enough, but on a few parts they didn’t seem completely confident, which made me a little unsure too.
